Refund Policy

Any products in question can be returned with a full refund of in store credit. Shipping will not be included. To ensure the product is not fraudulent the refund may be delayed unit the product can be inspected. All products have been certified & checked individually previous to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at  or call us with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible. 

If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items. Superficial scuffing/tearing/damage on Trading Card Game or Sports Card Sealed Product that has no impact on the internal contents will not qualify as such and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for approval. All shipped items without insurance or tracking may be subject to further investigation. Not all products may be replaced due to there unique nature.

ALL in store refunds shall be approved by management.
